This auto duct forming line is composed of a decoiler, leveler, V and rectangular shape notching unit and shearer. In the standard configuration, metal sheet with V and rectangular shape notching hole goes to TDF or C & S flange duct, thereinto metal sheet with rectangular shape notching can also goes to TDC flange duct. Semi-products formed by the line can form final ducts after some subsequent processes. The electric control system has a closed-loop feedback system, high precision and stability. The maximum operating speed is 20m/min. Length tolerance is ±0.5mm, diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm. This line provides high working efficiency and saves labor cost compare with manual work.
